Participating as an attendee
We use our best efforts to make the event exciting for all attendees and ensure the most productive and informative networking, as well as beneficial experience sharing. That is why the participation as an attendee is possible only subject to prior registration and qualification screening. Please read the FAQ section for details about qualification screening.

Rules of participation
Please read the following instructions carefully:
After obtaining your personal code, please memorize it or write it down and make sure to take it with you to the event. The personal code will save you a lot of time during registration.
At the event, our registration manager will give you a badge with your name and personal code. Please bear in mind that the badge serves as your entry pass. Losing the badge is equal to losing the right to free attendance. Please do not take off your badge until the end of the event.
If you have any organizational questions, please contact our registration manager or the event host, and they will take you to the Organizer's representative who will solve your issue as quickly as possible.
Taking professional photos and videos (using a tripod) is allowed for accredited media representatives only!
Attendance should be based on the principles of respectful conduct. To avoid misunderstanding, please refrain from creating conflict situations and participating in them. Please inform the Organizer's representative about all situations that can lead to conflicts.
Advertising or the dissemination of promotional materials during the event without the prior consent of the Organizer is strictly prohibited.
The Organizer reserves the right to limit access to the event for persons who's behavior creates inconvenience to the attendees, partners or Organizer's representatives.
